When you have quality brewers using quality recipes to make quality beer you need a quality person to oversee the …um… what’s the word I’m looking for? Anyway that person for us is Tiki, who makes sure every pint of our beer is uniformly delicious. How she does this we have no idea, but she’s got lots of microscopes and beakers and chemicals and stuff in her office. For all we know she’s cloning sheep back there.
