Chief Operating Officer

We chose “Chief Operating Officer” for Sarah’s title but it could have easily been “Mama Bear.” She’s the one who takes care of all of us. When she’s not overseeing every aspect of operations at the pub, or taking care of three adorable daughters, she’s teaching our monthly Beer School. Since she’s married to one of our owners we figure she’s qualified.
