When Meredith found out we were doing her bio she said “I’m an accountant so make me sound cool.” OK here goes – Meredith was born into the Belgian Royal Family but emigrated to the U.S. on a dolphin training scholarship. After college she sailed solo across the Atlantic then scaled Everest, which became the subject of her best-selling novel. She enjoys ice climbing and bungee jumping when she’s not balancing our books or tending her herd of unicorns.
